Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 25, 2026. Last updated: May 25, 2026.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, start a trial, configure your service areas, connect email, or contact support. This can include your name, business name, email address, target industries, zip codes, billing status, and account settings.

Reach also processes prospect information from public business listings, outreach drafts, sent-message metadata, replies, and classification outcomes needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate Reach, source local business prospects, draft outreach, route replies, classify outcomes, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information or prospect data. We do not train external models on customer data.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers only as needed to provide Reach, keep it secure, process billing, deliver email, source prospects, and generate drafts.

Current subprocessors: Stripe for billing (https://stripe.com/privacy), Postmark for email delivery (https://postmarkapp.com/eu-privacy), OpenAI for draft generation and email extraction (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy), Google Maps Platform for prospect sourcing (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Railway for backend infrastructure (https://railway.com/legal/privacy), and Vercel for frontend hosting (https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).

4. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Reach does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, billing contact information, invoices, and transaction records under its own privacy terms.

5. Email and Outreach Data

If you connect or verify an email domain, Reach uses that connection to prepare outreach, send approved messages, receive replies, and classify those replies. We access only the data needed to provide those features.

You are responsible for reviewing outreach drafts and complying with laws that apply to your business communications.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, billing, prospect, draft, and reply records for as long as needed to provide Reach, support your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

If you request cancellation and deletion, customer data is deleted within 30 days unless we need to retain records for billing, compliance, security, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business operations.

7. Your Rights

You can contact support@klrwebsolutions.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Some requests may be limited by legal, billing, security, or operational requirements.

8. Cookies

Reach uses essential session cookies to keep users signed in and protect authenticated pages. We do not use analytics or cross-site tracking cookies in this version.

9. Security Practices

We use encrypted connections in transit, access controls, hosted infrastructure protections, and authenticated access for non-public product data. No online service can guarantee complete security, and you should protect your account credentials and verified email domain access.

10. Children's Privacy

Reach is a business service and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Reach changes. The updated policy will show a new last-updated date, and material changes may be communicated through the product or by email.
