Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Reach, a lead-generation and outreach workflow operated by KLR Web Solutions. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Reach, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Reach on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and business information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding any login credentials.

Reach is intended for business use. You may not create accounts using false identities, shared inboxes you do not control, or domains you are not authorized to use.

Reach subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe after any trial period shown at signup. By adding a payment method, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

You may cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period unless your account is terminated for misuse.

You may use Reach only for lawful business outreach. You may not use Reach to send deceptive, abusive, harassing, unlawful, or high-volume spam messages.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell generated drafts as a standalone product, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or use Reach to target people or businesses where outreach would violate applicable law.

KLR Web Solutions owns Reach, including the software, workflows, design, and service materials. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You own your business data and the outreach content you approve and send. You grant KLR Web Solutions the limited rights needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Reach.

Reach is provided using reasonable efforts, but no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is offered in this version. Features may change as the service improves.

Third-party systems such as public business listings, email providers, Stripe, and hosting services may affect availability or results.

You may stop using Reach or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, or use Reach in a way that harms others.

After termination, we may retain records as needed for billing, compliance, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations.

Reach is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, KLR Web Solutions disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

KLR Web Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to Reach is limited to the amount you paid for Reach in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Michigan will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another venue.
